Q: Do you take international orders / do you sell products internationally?
Answer: Yes! we will ship to any country as long as the package has a good chance of reaching you! Please note that we do obtain proof of shipping so cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged Items which were the responsibility of the shipping handler / shipping service provider. Basically, once we send it, it is no longer in our hands and unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for it once we hand it over to the Postage Courier / Mail Office

Q: Do you Ship / Sell Paint Internationally?
Answer: No, We do not sell paint at this time but we do intend to in the future, To answer about International shipping of Paint; The international shipping of paint does not occur in any company, Paint is flammable and pressurised and is expensive to AirFreight, that's why if you get German Paint in Canada for example, it was sent via Ship Cargo and took weeks / months to arrive at that store / supplier, no online graffiti supplier will ship paint internationally unless it can travel on the ground by truck or train - like from Canada to USA for example.
Q: How can I reduce the shipping charge, can you help me?
Answer: take a look at the items you want to order? are they heavy?, Large? Heavy and Large items make the shipping charge go up ... so think twice about the weight of the items you want, maybe just dropping one item (like a 500ml bottle of ink - or a big thick Graffiti book / bunch of Magazines) will reduce the price a bit.
One option we can offer you is to use reinforced bubble envelopes to send your items (we do stock these incase you want to save money on the packaging and delivery charge) , we do not really reccomend this method but if you did decide to go for it then we will do our very best to add some extra bubble wrap inside the envelope as well as to tape it up nicely and thoroughly on the outside of the envelope to ensure there is less chance of tearing (Note: it is not recommended to ship Paint / Ink Filled Squeese mops and markers or soft bodied ink or paint refills as they tend to leak or burst easily if not sent in a box.
